Strathcarron Open Day | Self-Build Plots in the Highlands | R.HOUSE
Come Along to Our Strathcarron Open Day
Friday 16th October | 10:30am–2:30pm | Station Road, Strathcarron, IV54 8YR
Thinking about building your own home in the Highlands? Come and see what’s happening at Strathcarron.
We’re opening the site on Friday 16th October, giving you the chance to explore the setting, see the available serviced plots for sale, and talk to the R.HOUSE team about what you could build here.
See Strathcarron taking shape
Strathcarron offers an opportunity to build an R.HOUSE in a beautiful Highland location, with serviced plots that provide a clearer and more straightforward route to creating your own home.
With infrastructure and servicing already established, many of the unknowns that can come with preparing a self-build plot are taken out of the equation. It means you can focus on the exciting part – choosing the home that works for you and making plans to build it.
Our Open Day is a chance to walk the site, get a feel for the plots and their surroundings, and see the wider development beginning to take shape.
Choose the R.HOUSE that works for you
You’re not tied to the particular house design shown on the existing planning consent.
You can choose from the R.HOUSE range and we can work with you on the appropriate planning changes, giving you flexibility to find the house that best suits the plot, your needs and the way you want to live.
During the Open Day, our team will be there to answer questions about the available plots, R.HOUSE designs, planning and the process of building your own home.
Thinking about self-build in the Highlands?
Whether you’re actively looking for a plot or you’re at the early stages of considering a move to the Highlands, the Open Day is an opportunity to come and see Strathcarron for yourself.
You can:
- Explore the available serviced plots and their Highland setting
- Meet the R.HOUSE team and ask questions about the development
- Find out more about the R.HOUSE designs you could build
- Talk through the planning and build process
- Get a much better sense of what living – and building – at Strathcarron could look like
And, importantly, you can do all of that while standing on the actual site rather than trying to imagine it from a plan.
