The R.STARTER range is designed with all of the architectural flair expected of an R.HOUSE, offered with our signature design and build package, at an introductory price point.

With the ability to add attic trusses our R.STARTER design grows as you do. Available as 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.

We have created a range of sustainable prefab homes on a small foot print, suitable for rural living all year round. A compact and efficient timber home with the capacity for further development when the time is right for you.

With all of the green living features as our mainline range such as underfloor heating, airsource heat pump, MVHR and solar panels with battery. Offering a luxury German kitchen, as well as luxurious bathrooms, these architecturally designed houses pack a big punch.

Our R.STARTER homes are a great option for first time buyers, those wishing to downsize, or a perfect option for those who want to grow into their home. These sustainable, prefabricated homes would be a great option for those partnering with the likes of Communities Housing Trust .

These designs do come with the caveat that we can’t modify them to the same extent, this reduces architect's drawing time and keeps our workshop and build time to a minimum due to our standard design not changing.

You can still add attic trusses, flip or mirror them. Or add an extra window. So they are still as individual as you and your site.
