Each R.Starter home has been carefully crafted to make best use of every square meter. We understand the practicalities of living as a growing family.
A central utility core allows the RS2 to very simply, and with minimal disruption, add a staircase giving you the option of an additional 2 bedrooms and upstairs at a later date.
Offering a 2, 3 and 4 bedroom option; our R.Starter range has all of the hallmarks of our mainline range, at an introductory price point.
Each home comes with airsource heat pump, underflooring heating, solar panels and MVHR as standard.
The houses are supplied with Nobila German kitchens and our luxurious bathrooms come with Roca, Meryln and Vado fixture and fittings.
Our signature turnkey system means our team take care of everything from surveying, as well as planning and building warrant applications, all the way through to the completed build.
Our prefabricated kit slots together in just one day. It couldn’t be any simpler. You just need to purchase a couch and sit back!

The R.Starter range of houses starts at £177,550 for a two bed home with open plan living and there is an option of adding attic trusses for future development. (This price does not include site works).
