House Summary
The R3 prefab home is based on a similar core plan layout to the R2. However, the R3 benefits from an open plan, part double-height vaulted living space, adding to the feeling of space. With full-height windows to maximise on solar heat gain and potential views.
The R3 is part of our Classic Range and was our first R.HOUSE to be designed! With a clear structure this was the starting point of our modular designs.
The R3 is a spacious design providing ample accommodation for a family. But it can be extended further with the option of both an entrance porch and an additional lean-to living room. With most R.HOUSES
As with all R.HOUSE designs, the R3 has high levels of insulation and air tightness, providing a comfortable and energy-efficient home.
