The R3 offers a larger floor area and vaulted ceiling in the living room space. There is more flexibility to decide whether your R3 house is a family home with 3 or 4 bedrooms or whether you are looking to incorporate a work space, as follows:
- The R3 four bedroom option could offer 2 single bedrooms downstairs and 2 double bedrooms upstairs.
- An R3 three bedroom option could provide a master bedroom downstairs with en-suite bathroom.
- An R3 home/work variant could have the 2 double rooms upstairs with a large office work space downstairs.

The exterior of the R.HOUSE is deliberately restrained and simple. The Timber cladding is naturally durable and the vertical board on board construction lends itself to off-site construction. Available in a range of colours the simple form sits well in the landscape. The roof is clad in durable corrugated sheeting, The windows are high performance timber or aluminium clad from a scandinavian supplier.
The R.HOUSE can be constructed with a rendered finish, This option will not be able to be constructed quite as quickly as the timber clad versions, however may better suit certain situations.
