R.HOUSE has been conceived with sensitivity at the heart of the design.  The small footprint and discreet design ensures that the R.HOUSE is well regarded as a solution for housing throughout the Highlands and Islands. The design has been conceived to sit well in congested and open sites.  The R.HOUSE particularly suits sites in close proximity to existing buildings.

Each planning application is different and it is important that as professionals we advise you correctly. In certain instances it would be advisable that Outline Planning Approval or Planning Permission in Principle is in place prior to making a detailed application – the team at R.HOUSE can also assist you with this stage.

The siting of the design will be discussed with you on the first site visit.  Some sites require additional input in the form of a topographic survey and this will be discussed with you during that meeting.  R.HOUSE will be involved in all aspects of your planning application, and act as agent on your behalf.  A comprehensive design statement is submitted with every application.

The Building Warrant Application is also managed by R.HOUSE and the proven design ensures that this process is straightforward and worry free.
