R.HOUSE and Planning Conditions

Many clients are concerned that their outline planning approval conditions require houses to be designed to a “traditional appearance”, with “white or off-white render” and with a “slate roof”. Planning officers apply those conditions very freely, in an attempt to avoid unattractive “bungalow style” houses.

Fortunately our experience has shown that they are more than willing to review these conditions when an R.HOUSE is suggested as an alternative design approach.

The R.HOUSE has been designed to fit in unobtrusively to any context, particularly the smaller sites, while also using a contemporary approach to design.

If you are in any way unsure of whether R.HOUSE would be acceptable on your plot, please do not hesitate to call for advice.
